What the monthly fee covers
Each post is one original content concept. We adapt that concept for the platforms agreed in your package; it is not a separate set of original posts for each platform. Every package includes supporting story posts in addition to its feed posts: ROOT 2 per week, SPROUT 3, BLOOM 5, and THRIVE 7. ROOT also includes Google Business Profile versions of its feed content. Story posts run on agreed social channels that support stories; Google Business Profile receives standard business posts. Facebook and Instagram are the standard channels. Other channels can be discussed before we begin.
All packages include an initial brand and account review, a monthly approval calendar, and one consolidated revision round per monthly batch. You provide business updates and offers. Your package includes one monthly photography, video, drone or 360° content session: ROOT 20 minutes, SPROUT 30 minutes, BLOOM 40 minutes, or THRIVE 60 minutes. Choose the format when scheduling; session time covers the shoot. We use the resulting content in your monthly social posts. You can also supply additional photos or footage. Drone sessions depend on suitable weather, location and flight conditions. Posting begins after content approval and account access are in place.
A website to grow with you
Every package includes a complimentary starter website designed and hosted by Growtrends through ChatGPT Sites: ROOT 1 page, SPROUT up to 3 pages, BLOOM up to 5 pages, and THRIVE up to 10 pages. These are simple informational websites with mobile-friendly layouts and clear phone and email contact links.
Available separately
Paid advertising setup and management, advertising spend, website work beyond the included starter site, ongoing website updates, SEO, logo projects, additional production or expanded 360° tours beyond your included monthly session are quoted separately. Daily inbox monitoring and customer service replies are not included in these packages.

We agree the page plan and content before the build. The included site is a straightforward business presence; ecommerce, booking systems, custom integrations and ongoing website updates are scoped separately. SEO services are quoted separately.
Email-delivering contact forms require an external service, setup and delivery testing before launch. Any domain or optional third-party costs will be confirmed in your proposal. Hosting is subject to the platform's availability and plan limits.
